PPT Pharma Process Technology GmbH is an engineering service company consisting of specialists with many years of experience in construction, implementing and operation of production facilities and production processes in the pharmaceutical industry.

Gerald Mathe
Mr. Gerald Mathe has many years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. He is a proven expert in his field and has successfully completed major investment projects both as a project engineer and as a project and process manager. As an experienced and future-oriented senior manager, Gerald Mathe is interested in sharing his know-how.

Marcel Schulze
Mr. Marcel Schulze has gained a wide range of experience in the field of Fill & Finish and Aseptic Technologies during his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry. He has held various positions as a technical expert and as a manager. In his current position he is responsible for several investment projects in the pharmaceutical production environment with his PharmaTech department at PPT Pharma Process Technology.

Stefan Bieler
Mr. Stefan Bieler started his professional career in the field of aseptic filling and freeze-drying of active and inactive vaccines. Subsequent work abroad in the USA in upstream and downstream manufacturing expanded his knowledge of biotechnological production processes in the field of vaccine production. He heads the BioTech department and is responsible for tech and product transfer projects in the pharmaceutical industry.

Christian Gavranovic
Mr. Christian Gavranovic gained several years of experience as a project manager after graduating as a mechanical engineer. He was able to work on a wide range of topics, from process development for the production of innovative primary packaging for liquid pharmaceuticals to optimization projects and complex investment projects in the field of aseptic filling. As a very flexible skilled expert, it was important for him to also get to know other perspectives, which he also succeeded in doing with his part-time master’s degree in quality management and his work as a quality assurance manager and operations assistant for final packaging.
Head of Digital Solutions
Bertram Srugies
Mr. Bertram Srugies gained experience in the areas of project management and qualification of various process plants within the scope of aseptic filling projects. In this connection he completed his studies in pharmaceutical biotechnology part-time.
In investment projects he dealt with CAD management, 3D laser scanning as well as virtual and augmented reality in order to link topics of a pharmaceutical industry 4.0 with the classical project process.
