Gerald Mathe
Mr. Gerald Mathe has many years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry and medical technology sector. He is a proven expert in his field and has successfully completed major investment projects both as a project engineer and as a project and process manager. As an experienced and future-oriented senior manager, Gerald Mathe is interested in sharing his know-how.

Marcel Schulze
Mr. Marcel Schulze has gained a wide range of experience in Fill & Finish and Aseptic Technologies during his career in the pharmaceutical industry. He has held various positions as a technical expert and as a manager. In his current position he is responsible for several investment projects in the pharmaceutical production environment with his PharmaTech department at PPT Pharma Process Technology.

Stefan Bieler
Mr. Stefan Bieler began his professional career in the field of aseptic filling and freeze-drying of active and inactive vaccines. Subsequent work abroad in the USA in upstream and downstream manufacturing expanded his knowledge of biotechnological production processes in the field of vaccine production. He heads the BioTech department and is responsible for tech and product transfer projects in the pharmaceutical industry.

Bertram Srugies
Mr. Bertram Srugies gained experience in the areas of project management and the qualification of various process systems as part of aseptic filling projects. He completed his studies in pharmaceutical biotechnology while working.
In investment projects, he dealt with CAD management, 3D laser scanning as well as virtual and augmented reality in order to link topics of a pharmaceutical industry 4.0 with the classic project process.

Lead Quality & Compliance
Torsten Vilkner
Dr. Torsten Vilkner holds a doctorate in chemistry and is a licensed pharmacist with over 20 years of experience in leading positions in the pharmaceutical industry. He has managed sterile plants, biotech production facilities and international production networks, successfully meeting regulatory requirements according to FDA, EU-GMP and other authorities. Through stations in Germany, Switzerland and the USA, he is very familiar with global interfaces, compliance and operational excellence.

Friedrich Schmidt
Mr. Schmidt has decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He was responsible for the successful realisation of pharmaceutical production facilities in several major projects. He was responsible for production, packaging and intralogistics. As Head of Engineering, he has embodied the technical responsibility for production. In his last two positions, Mr. Schmidt was responsible for the implementation of strategic projects and planning, both nationally and internationally.
